Why we exist

Two things are true about UK healthcare compliance. First: the regulatory work is non-discretionary — if you're CQC-registered you have to do it. Second: there is no market-leading horizontal product that does it well. Vanta, Drata, Secureframe don't understand CQC KLOEs. BambooHR doesn't understand DBS expiry. BrightHR doesn't model Duty of Candour.

So clinics either pay for an enterprise GRC platform built for tech companies (£20k+/year, mostly irrelevant) or stitch together a stack of point tools and a sea of spreadsheets. Both options have the same ending: two staff spending a fortnight per quarter rebuilding the same evidence pack from screenshots.

CliniManage exists to make that work disappear. Not by automating it. By making every action your clinic already takes — onboarding a clinician, completing mandatory training, reviewing a policy, logging an incident — emit the evidence the inspector wants in the format the inspector wants, at the moment it happens.

Our wedge

Compliance is the wedge. Once we hold the regulator-facing data, expanding into HR, bookings, marketing and finance is a configuration change, not a new sale. That's why even the £149 starter ships the full compliance core; we'd rather have you using us for compliance forever than upsell you to compliance at year three.

How we work

• Customer-shaped roadmap. Every founding customer gets a permanent seat on the roadmap. The features you ask for in year one are the ones we ship.
• Bring your own stack. We don't lock you in. 11 adapter domains, swap providers with a single config change.
• Plain-English regulatory. Every UI surface speaks the language CQC uses — KLOEs, regulations, Duty of Candour, DSPT. No abstracted "compliance objects".
• AI grounded in your data. The Copilot answers from your own evidence, never invents, cites every claim. No third-party data leakage.

Where we're hosted

Production runs on Netlify with EU-region data residency by default. Anthropic powers the AI Copilot (configurable per tenant). Stripe handles platform billing. Every other piece of the stack is interchangeable via the adapter SDK.

What we're not

• Not a Patient Management System. We integrate with EMIS / SystmOne / Cliniko / Medesk. We don't replace them.
• Not a clinical decision support tool. The Compliance Copilot doesn't give clinical advice. Ever.
• Not regulatory consultancy. We give you the data infrastructure. You still need a registered manager.
